Make the Sauce:
- While chicken cooks, whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer 2–3 minutes. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
Combine:
- Toss cooked chicken with warm teriyaki sauce until well coated.
Serve:
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice, noodles, or steamed veggies.
