Ingredients

  • 4 turkey wing sections flats and drumettes, about 2.5–3 lbs total
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper for heat

Method

Prep the Wings:
  1. Rinse and pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Season:
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle all seasonings over the wings. Rub evenly to coat.
Preheat Air Fryer:
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Air Fry:
  1. Arrange turkey wings in the basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
Rest & Serve:
  1. Let wings rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with dipping sauce or your favorite sides.

Notes

Even Cooking: Don’t overcrowd the basket—air circulation is key for crispiness.
Crispier Skin: Spray with a bit of cooking oil halfway through cooking.
Flavor Boost: Marinate wings overnight with the spices and olive oil for deeper flavor.
Storage: Leftovers keep well in the fridge for 3–4 days and reheat crisply in the air fryer.
