Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 oz / 225g refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough, divided into 12 pieces)
  • 24 slices pepperoni 2 per bomb
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce plus extra for dipping
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Method

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Dough: Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a small circle.
      Fill Bombs:
      1. Place 2 slices of pepperoni in the center.
      2. Add about 1 tsp of pizza sauce.
      3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
      4. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch edges to seal tightly, forming a ball.
Season Tops: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush over the tops of each dough ball. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake: Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

            Notes

Make sure the dough is sealed well so the cheese doesn’t ooze out during baking.
You can swap pepperoni for cooked sausage, ham, or veggies for different flavors.
For a spicier kick, add a slice of jalapeño or a pinch of red pepper flakes inside.
These can be prepped ahead of time, then refrigerated and baked when ready to serve.
