Ingredients
Method
Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat. Let cool slightly.
Prepare Dough:
- If using crescent rolls, separate into triangles. If pizza dough, divide into 12 equal pieces.
Assemble Bombs:
- Place about 1–2 tbsp of cooked beef in the center of each dough piece.
- Top with a pinch of cheddar and mozzarella.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal completely, forming a ball.
Garlic Parmesan Topping:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over the tops of each dough ball.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and parsley.
Bake:
- Place bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
- Let cool slightly before serving. Perfect with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping.
Notes
Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent cheese from oozing out.
You can swap cheddar and mozzarella for pepper jack for a spicy twist.
For extra flavor, add finely diced onions or pickles into the beef filling.
These can be made ahead of time and baked fresh — keep assembled bombs in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
