Ingredients

For the Cheeseburger Filling:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Dough & Topping:
  • 1 can 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Method

Preheat Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the Filling:
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until softened. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Stir in cheddar cheese off the heat.
Prepare the Dough:
  1. Separate biscuit or crescent dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a small disc.
Assemble the Bombs:
  1. Place 1–2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each dough piece. Fold dough over and pinch edges to seal completely.
Add Garlic Parmesan Topping:
  1. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the tops of each dough-covered bomb. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
Bake:
  1. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
  1. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving warm. Perfect with ketchup, mustard, or a dipping sauce of your choice.

Notes

Cheese Variation: Try mozzarella or pepper jack for a melty twist.
Prep Ahead: You can assemble bombs and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking.
Sealing Tip: Make sure edges are tightly sealed to avoid cheese leakage.
Make it Spicy: Add a pinch of chili flakes or diced jalapeños to the filling.
Serving Suggestion: Great for game day, parties, or as a fun weeknight dinner.
