Method
- In a blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and optional honey and vanilla.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If using frozen fruit, you may not need ice.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Add a splash more milk if the smoothie is too thick.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra protein, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or nut butter.
Want it dairy-free? Use a plant-based yogurt and non-dairy milk.
To prep ahead, freeze the fruit and banana in individual smoothie bags — just dump and blend!
Add a handful of spinach or chia seeds for a nutrient boost without altering the flavor much.
