Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cut into fry-shaped sticks
  • 1 –2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or agave syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • Pinch of salt
Optional toppings/dip:
  • chili powder TajĂ­n, or yogurt-honey dip

Method
 

Cut Watermelon:
  1. Slice the watermelon into sticks roughly ½-inch thick and 3–4 inches long, resembling fries.
Season:
  1. Place watermelon fries in a large bowl. Drizzle with lime juice and honey, then toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
Serve:
  1. Arrange on a plate and optionally sprinkle with chili powder, TajĂ­n, or serve with a yogurt-honey dip.

Notes

Keep watermelon fries chilled in the fridge before serving for maximum refreshment.
TajĂ­n or a light chili-lime seasoning adds a zesty kick.
For extra fun, cut watermelon into small sticks or wedges to resemble “loaded fries” and top with fresh mint, feta, or balsamic drizzle.
