Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Freeze: Cut watermelon into chunks and freeze until solid (about 3–4 hours or overnight).
  2. Blend: Add frozen watermelon and maple syrup to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve Immediately: For soft-serve texture, enjoy right away.
  4. Optional: Freeze for 1 hour after blending for a firmer, scoopable texture.
