Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 –10 slices pepperoni or thinly sliced ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 –3 tbsp pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Method
 

Preheat Oven:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare Puff Pastry:
  1. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 8 strips, about 2 inches wide.
Layer Ingredients:
  1. Place 3–4 slices of pepperoni along one long edge of each strip. Sprinkle with mozzarella and a pinch of Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Roll Into Roses:
  1. Carefully roll each strip into a spiral, keeping the filling inside, to form a “rose.”
Place in Muffin Tin:
  1. Set each rolled rose upright in a muffin tin.
Egg Wash & Bake:
  1. Brush tops with beaten egg. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and puffed.
Serve:
  1. Let cool 2–3 minutes, then serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Cheese Variety: Use cheddar, provolone, or a mix for extra flavor.
Vegetarian Option: Replace pepperoni with roasted bell peppers or spinach.
Make Ahead: Assemble and refrigerate until ready to bake.
