Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

- Brush tops with beaten egg. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and puffed.

- Let cool 2–3 minutes, then serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
