Preheat Oven:

Make the Filling:
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully mixed.
Assemble the Taquitos:
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Bake:
- Lightly spray taquitos with cooking spray. Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve:
- Remove from oven and serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
