Prepare the Chicken:
- Slice chicken into thin strips. Toss with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
Make the Sauce (Optional):
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime juice, mayo, hot sauce, garlic powder, and chipotle powder. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Warm the Tortillas:
- Briefly warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for easy wrapping.
Assemble the Wraps:
- Spread a layer of sauce (if using) on the tortilla. Add a layer of lettuce, corn, black beans, tomatoes, onions, avocado slices, shredded cheese, and cooked chicken.
Fold & Wrap:
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito. Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Make it lighter: Use whole wheat wraps and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayo.
Make it spicy: Add jalapeños or an extra dash of hot sauce.
Meal prep friendly: Store components separately and assemble just before eating.
