🌮 Walking Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • ¾ cup water
  • 6 individual bags of Doritos Fritos, or tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños diced onions, guacamole, hot sauce

Method
 

Cook the Meat:
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess grease.
Season:
  1. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
Assemble Tacos:
  1. Gently crush the chips inside each bag. Open the bags and spoon in taco meat.
Top It Off:
  1. Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and any other desired toppings. Serve with a fork—no plate needed!
